Die Hard star Bruce Willis is not only looking to sell his ski home in Idaho, but also his nearby nightclub. Found in the Sun Valley resort town of Hailey, Idaho, his home is selling for $15 million and “Mint”, his former nightclub/bar, for $5 million. He used to spend plenty of time there in the 90s with former-wife Demi Moore and shooting bad guys while driving a snowmobile. Rarely visiting these days, Willis has decided to part ways with the area.
The home sites on a 20 acre property, with a view of Flying Heart Lake. The house itself is 8,400 square feet and has 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Through his massive entrance, you’ll find the best in luxury for the $15 million price tag. There are 4 fireplaces, two in bedrooms and two in the large living room. The gourmet kitchen has two dishwashers, two fridges, two ovens and a breakfast bar that has a view of the lake. All the decks and balconies are heated, keeping them open to him and his guests during the snowy winter. His master suite has a huge walk-in closet, a granite-shower and jacuzzi.
Willis spent a bunch of cash on outdoor additions to the property. Outside he added custom ponds, streams and waterfalls. He also added a new pool with water slides and a rope swing. A guesthouse was built, that included a gym. Then it’s all wrapped up with a gated entrance and high-end security system.
His nightclub, “Mint” is found in Hailey and is currently closed. It covers 15,000 square feet on three levels, and is a nightclub, bar and restaurant. It comes with a full commercial kitchen, all equipment and furniture and a new security system.
